Music is Our Passion
Welcome to 800lb Productions! We offer recording services from professionally done drum tracks, to full production song demos and albums. We can mix your project, and even master it for you. Our goal is to give you the best product at the best price possible. We work with each client to help you achieve your goal for your music product.
800lb Productions does everything from guitar, vocal demos, professionally recorded drum tracks, to full production recordings. We can also edit, as well as record audio books. We have access to great musicians, vocalists, and even other studios as well as our own project studio. We can fit most any budget, and our goal is the best sounding project for our clients. We can offer advice on getting the most out of your money, and getting the highest quality project possible.
About 800lb Productions
800lb Productions is owned by Steve Cummings, a Nashville based drummer, producer, recording engineer. He has spent many years both on the road, as well as working as a studio drummer. He has worked with many artists, including Earl Thomas Conley, Johnny Russell, Johnny Rodrigues, Bobby Cryner, David Frizzell, Rich McReady, the Legendary Bama Band, Charlie Daniels, Selah, Michael W. Smith, Jared Anderson, Aaron Shust, and many others. He has played venues such as, the Grand Ole Opry, Jamboree in the Hills, the Wheeling Jamboree, Bridgestone Arena and many other great venues across the U.S.
All of this experience has helped give him the knowledge of what it takes to create the best project possible for the client. He has a degree in recording engineering from Recording Workshop.
He has recently completed audio books for happy clients, and is looking forward to doing more of this, with the growing popularity of audio book services, such as Audible, etc.
